Best karaoke machine I've ever had. Good as advertised.

Poor sound quality
I was excited when I saw this product on Amazon, considering the multiple integrated controls such as echo and pitch plus the mixing and amplifying functions. Once I received the unit, I would say the design outfit looks OK; but it does not have HDMI (which is OK since you get can a converter (RCA-HDMI). The most serious issue is the VERY POOR sound quality. I was hoping this one (with a price around $700) would be much better than (or at least as good as) the Yamaha mixer (e.g. MG10XU). In fact, it is much inferior to the Yamaha mixer. I had to returned it. I did not hear anything from the vendor about refund even 4 days after the returned unit was received by the vendor. I had to speak with Amazon to get refund. I would not recommend this device to anyone.

You need setup your TV out put to pcm and amplifier so you will get perfect sound.
I got first one not good have static I call them and exchange another one. I have pay for shipping. They send me another one very quick. I love it.
