Dangerous product caused injury and scars on my body no response from seller
I bought this cycle and within a short time of regular use, it malfunctioned badly. The rear derailleur got caught in the spokes and the brakes completely failed, causing me to crash hard and get multiple bleeding injuries and scars. This wasn't due to misuse — it was clearly poor quality parts or faulty assembly. These are basic safety features, and they failed dangerously. After the incident, I contacted the seller, but they have not responded at all. I feel like I’m being ignored, even after raising the issue through Amazon. The bike also got scratched in the crash, but that’s because of the fall. This cycle is unsafe, low quality, and I strongly advise others to be careful — especially if buying it for kids or commuting.

Very good quality gears seat is also good but some time front gears do not shift

Bad quality job done by the worker.
The company should stop selling cycle’s at this price , because ultimately they are providing just a cycle without brake and gear , because none of it works , the seat is not comfortable and if the company owner sits on that seat will realise how badly it hurts ! Also before anyone buying the cycle be careful of this cycle isn’t for any stunt , the rims are very weak , don’t take an extra person behind which will cost you a new wheel !

Problem with gear shifting
The gears are not shifting properly.Seat is very uncomfortable and painful, its very loose. Gear quality is worst, chain coming out. When called amazon, they are saying contact the urban terrain company. Do not purchase, its not at all worth. They are not replacing the product also, they are not accepting my return as well. First time worst experience from Amazon.

The vehicle is bit damage like scratch and dent while transport
The quality of the bycycle is very very good... Am surprised about the front suspension ...very high stability...7 gears little bit confusing ro shift...both breaks comes with Disc...the colour is obviously fantastic...I purchased for my sister's son am happy with it

Part / Product received in defective condition and not working.
Part received in defective condition and after assembly of the same unable to change the gear from 1-2-3. Seek a replacement of part or complete product with a support from Amazon or a respective seller to set it right. Further, please note that i opt for installation but during check-out same was not considered in app. therefore assembly of the part has to be carried out by external agency.
