Nice lift
Came on time. There was good communication from the seller to set up delivery. Had a few scratches but no big deal. Instructions are not clear, but found some videos on YouTube to install the same lift. I was able to install it on my own. Overall very happy with the purchase.

A Decent Hoist with Terrible Hardware
If this review was written for the seller, it would easily be 5 stars. They are very responsive, initiated communication on delivery right away, and offered a small credit for some light damage done by the shipping company. A simply great experience with the seller as far as Amazon goes.As for the hoist, it is pretty solid for the price. Core structure and critical components are made of heavy gauge steel.. has no issues lifting a crew cab dually F450. The lift appears to be manufactured under a bunch of different names and where this particular one falls short of expectations (even at this cheap overseas price) is the hardware... specifically the anchor bolts. They are absolutely garbage and not safe.. they have a pin that you hammer to expand the wedge and I was unable to get them to torque properly (for those that installed correctly). Some of the anchors also bent while hammering and would not accept a nut. They may be some metric size which caused my issue? Unsure.. I used a 3/4" masonry bit, which was the closest size I could find locally. I actually ended up having to extract these with a slide hammer and use a proper sleeved wedge anchor. What a monumentally better experience with new anchors. Most stores will not stock the size needed here ( 3/4" x 5.5" ) so plan ahead and order them if you are considering this lift. One additional annoyance is that there are no leveling shims included with the lift. The instruction manual mentions to use shims to level the columns but there are none on the exploded parts diagram. This, combined with the anchors, made installation harder than it needed to be. A $20 investment in better hardware by the manufacturer would make this lift an easy 5 stars.Keep in mind that the instruction manual is next to worthless, as the installation diagram has incorrect measurements. Make sure you verify actual dimensions by dry fitting the lift before drilling holes. The diagram stated a measurement that was a good ~2 inches off from actual. There are also hundreds of fasteners/washers/etc. all different sizes and material and the manual mentions nothing about where each goes. You can tell this is a generic manual but there are some videos online to give you some clues. I still had questions whether I was using the appropriate length screw for each cover/component.Time will tell on the reliability and longevity of the hoist.. Will update my review if there are any additional issues.

Straight from China - I call mine Mao's Revenge
Instructions are pure crap but I knew that going in - I am an engineer + farm boy + mechanic + +. What I didn't expect was things to just be wrong. My favorite was the provided screws being too long and tapped into the back side of where the vertical slider runs - so the screws act as obstacles to the sliding action. You get to figure out your own electrical too. The vertical jacks just slide inside the formed steel with some UHMW or maybe just HDPE plastic chunks. It did lift my 2002 F350 dually but very sketchy - the hydraulics have plenty of power but the arms are so flexible that the truck rocks upon any touching. I get under it, but not until sliding steel saw horse stands under the truck. This version with no cross tubes relies entirely on the provided concrete anchors which are metric and some China version i have never seen - so you must buy a metric concrete bit ... I used them don't trust them and I welded an up-and-over steel structure (W6x15 uprights & 2.375" pipe header across) to take most of the load off of the anchors.

Solid as a rock.
After taking my time to install the lift as carefully as I could, including pouring large 10" thick pads in my existing concrete floor, epoxying the bolts in place, and installing the lift itself, I'm very pleased with the results. I haven't put my F250 on it yet, but it lifted this Odyssey like it was nothing. Delivery was done in a timely manner and communication from the delivery company was great. They kept me updated on a regular basis and did everything possible to make the unloading process go smoothly. I'm not an expert, but I'm very impressed with the quality, price, and delivery of the unit. Installation takes patience and time, but anyone installing one of these should already be aware of that.

Hopefully it'll work
Quality wasn't what I hoped for. Welds had slag puddles and shavings that were painted over. Crate arrived late with major damage. Haven't put power to it yet, overall seems okay. The lack of an installation manual, forced me to watch a poorly done video that skipped steps. WARNING this came in a closed truck that required a power fork lift, the drivers were awesome. Rent a fork lift for a month for the shipping issues.

Easy install and raises higher than most
The photo is my 10,000lb truck, it's high enough for me to walk under and not have to duck and I'm 5' 10". I chose this model because it was the widest between the posts and raised the highest. I also like the open top so I can lift full size vehicles.
