Outstanding compact stereo and cd player
I was amazed at how well made this unit and speakers were. Very sturdy and solid with a very clean look with a good amount of weight to all of them. I was surprised how solid all these were as soon as I pulled them out of the box. The cabinets for both the stereo unit and speakers look like finished wood at first glance. Picking one up and the weight and sturdiness was very apparent. CD's sound clear and loud with no distortion, like a much more expensive set up, especially for the price. I listen to old time radio cd's that other units, have all played with muffled and not crisp sound. I have had 2 different ones previously and these speakers play voices and narration with no distortion, hissing or muffled sounds like my two previous micro component systems at the same price point. The graphic equalizer gives a nice assortment of sounds for whatever you decide is the best for your ear. I found that the classic setting sounded better than the rock setting for 80's rock and roll cds I tried. Personal preference instead of the actual name for each different sound. The LCD display is nice and large with easy to read letters and functions. These speakers are actually rated at 150W and the unit puts out 100W max. The only thing that was a little hard to get used to was the non lit buttons. At night it was hard at first to find the right button, but with a little practice I could easy find the right one (there are only 6). I would buy a couple more as Christmas presents in a second. 4.9 Stars out of five. It deserved more than 4.5 stars because of only the non lit buttons I felt.

more of 3.5 for the rating but decent replacement for what I had
I wanted to change out what I had in my bedroom to something that could also play cds. I had a 3 piece (2 speakers and a subwoofer) to play a bluetooth device and tv/blu rays. after setting things up, dropped in cd (moving pictures to play tom sawyer the standard testing song). I was watching football at the moment and was going to hit play during a commercial. what happened was the system (1st time turned on) defaulted to cd and closing the tray started the play process. I had not changed volume or any other setting and was surprised it started playing. was not expecting that but ok. the sound was decent, it's not what I get out of my home theater or vintage setup but those are 4 digits of equipment (with the first digit not being a 1) but for a bedroom it was fine. I wasn't sure I'd be happy changing out the existing speaker+sub but this worked. I was just finishing my setup so I my leg was prob about 15 inches away from the speaker. I noticed I could feel air being pushed from the speaker into my leg. I put my hand down and confirmed it was not just muddy bass in general, it was strong enough to feel air being pushed. dvd (haven't had time to try a blu ray) sounded pretty good, should be fine for watching a movie in bed.those were the pros. on the other side, the speakers are connected to the base unit with a proprietary connector with a thin wire. often I want to upgrade the speakers (thankfully these were good enough) but that's not really an option until you want to splice wires. the biggest thing was the built in eq is TRASH. I've never heard something where the flat setting is the absolute best sound. the other 3 settings all were straight up garbage. I would not recommend them to anyone. the remote is a strange layout and feels pretty cheap but haven't had time to see if I could program an universal for basic functions. I keep the remotes for devices but most functions I rely on my universals.overall, works for what I need, good value for something a few buck over 100 but not the greatest thing ever.

Acceptable, fine, as advertised.
Sound quality is fine, acceptable, sounds pretty good, a bit better than the old desk shelf stereo it replaced. I bought it to listen to old CD's in the office, and along with the remote control, it serves that function well. It was easy to set up and met my expectations. I haven't tried the bluetooth.

Good sound some fragile parts
The sound is great for a small unit. The CD tray is very flimsy so you have to be very cautious. The USB slot does not seem to work. It will not play anything on my USB

No Complaints
When my ancient shelf system finally gave up the ghost, i went looking for a modestly priced, small and most importantly, simple to set up. The Lonpoo system fit the bill. It arrived quickly and the instructions were straight forward, although programing the radio has been a challenge. So far, everything is working well. If you're looking for a stereo system, that might not be considered upper end in sound, but good for just good music and voice, this might be the stereo for you.

Find something else - you get what you pay for.
In retrospect, I should have found something else.On the positive, it looks nice and is simple to operate. The Bluetooth works decently -- though the reception is sometimes spotty. The CD player worked.I bought this to listen to the radio. The receiver is worthless. I've tried multiple antennae and it still can't get anything with clarity. My battery powered, hand held, mini-radio pulls in more stations even without an antenna. My 40 year-old clock radio does better as well. There's also no AM.The sound is bad. At low volume, <10, bass consumes all. The equalizer settings are weird, don't make sense, and don't do much. >10 on "flat" it doesn't sound bad. The other options suck.Another, simple, missing feature is a sleep function.I haven't tried a lot of the other input functionality - USB, line-in, etc. They might work, but they're not something I use.Looking around, there are other options near the same price point, I'll likely look at getting something new when I have free cash.

Great Sound, Great Price and durable.
This is an awesome stereo for the price. I bought mine over a year ago and left it outside on my back porch and we have enjoyed quality sound hundreds of times. It's durable as it has been in extreme temperatures. The bass/treble adjustments give you high fidelity sound no matter what source. I'd buy it again but mine is working fine.
