It’s ok
It offers some basic protection, but it is not what I hoped. The shell is not as hard as I imagined, and it could use more padding inside. It would be fine to get a computer to the office and back, but not much more. I bought it for my teenage son. It definitely isn’t teenager proof.

Dissapointed due to Zipper Flaws
Zipper was broken pretty quickly and had pulled away from the seems of the bag. It doesn't accomodate much vertically without not zipping/breaking the zipper. An appropriately sized laptob with a large charger might not fit without zipper damage. Not nearly as hard as I anticipated because the case is semi flexible while still hard.
