Can I get replacement blades? I love this little sharpener!

I have never seen any advertised to fit this sharpener.

Will conte pastel pencils fit?

I have an old Boston manual pencil sharpener that has adjustable hole sizes. It will sharpen Conte Pastel Pencils. I just tried it, and it works. this probably would also work...https://www.amazon.com/Bostitch-Antimicrobial-Manual-Sharpener-MPS1-BLK/dp/B000GP0VIU/ref=sr_1_7?crid=3OV5G5F37LFSF&dchild=1&keywords=boston+pencil+sharpener+manual+vintage&qid=1596744544&sprefix=manual+boston+p%2Caps%2C199&sr=8-7

can you use on canvas?

I think you can, but expect it to smear or run if in contact with water. Try it, be surprised!

Will this sharpen chalk?

It will sharpen pastel pencils. When sharpening pastel pencils, be gentle.
