Does it come with black tray on bottom

It's a dog crate cover.. it just covers the crate. The crate itself comes with the bottom.

Is the bottom crate included or have to buy separately

Everything you need comes with the crate and is easy to assemble. The cover is extra, has no floor, and the corners have a zipper, enclosing the crate completely. I like this a lot more than the ones that use Velcro to close the front.

Says it's in stock I added to cart, but when I try to check out it says it's not available?

In the description it gives the correct size mine is a 48 and it fits great

How much light does the cover block? Is it comparable to blackout curtains?
