Do many of these die early? I had two that didn't last two days.

While it sounds like you may have some other issue causing premature failure. Maybe an overvoltage on your board or something. You do have (i think it's) a 3 year warranty. against defects. Been running mine with zero issues.

Do you have contact info for warranty support? offering to issue a rma without providing contact info is not useful!

Hi, The warranty info is on the back of the package on our Amazon store page. Unfortunately Amazon blocks all email address and link in the message but if you have any warranty concerns, you can contact us thru here, I can send RMA authorization. I will need the following: 1. Part number and Serial number of the product (located on the product label) 2. brief description of the issue 3. Amazon order number 4. your return shipping address (Amazon block this info due to privacy concerns) Thank you!

How long can i write data before the dram cache is filled up a d then whatnis thw write.speed.

Since this is a DRAM Chip, the Cache will drop to it's original value each time you turn off and on your machine. Now, for Non-Cache having SSD's, the Cache memory info will stay there on the chip indefinitely until you purposefully get rid of it.
