A GREAT mic stand!
I have the Nooner mic stand and was pretty happy with it. I've used it for about 2 years at gigs and practices. Overall the Nooner stand is good, but one of the adjuster bolts stripped. I decided to try this Auray mic stand as it looked the same as the more expensive Nooner stand. I checked it out after it arrived and it's exactly the same as the Nooner (more expensive) stand, but half the price!! You "gotta buy this stand". If you're looking for a heavy duty stand, this is the one!!

Best microphone stand I've ever owned.
I purchased this just looking for a slightly sturdier stand for an iPad mount, and I have been completely impressed with this product! Great weight and feel to it overall. Easy to set up and break down. Excellent, clean finish. If I had need, this is exactly what I would purchase again.

Outstanding construction
I purchased this because it will adjust to lower heights than any other stand that I checked out. It's absolutely stable and the construction is as good as some of my higher end stands. I won't regurgitate the specs since they are provided, but the specs don't speak to the quality. That attribute is why I recommend it, all other factors considered.
