Yes, can be cut. Nothing there to ooze out.

May I know where is the manufacturing country and what is the expiry date for

China but is the smith and nephew brand name. Mine was made dec 2017 and expires dec 2022

El doctor nos las había recomendado para la cirugía de mi mamá y nos dijo que como la cicatriz era básicamente una línea cortáramos en tiritas el producto y se iba a quedar adherido unos 3 días por lo menos, nunca adhirió bien, intentamos con varias y no funciono por lo que el producto se caía y nunca fue usado adecuadamente y no sabemos si funciona
