what are the ingredients?

Dextrose, fruit pectin, citric Acid (Assists gel), Calcium Ascorbate (assists color) that information is taken directly off the product. I have used this product for quite some time and it always makes my jams & jellies turn out great. Hope this helps.

Has anyone tried tried this for making yogurt?

Yogurt is made with culture. But it is sometimes thickened with pectin. It is much creamier with pectin.

one of the reviews I read on here said to use the recipes on the Ball web site but I can't find any for the low-sugar pectin. help.

Dextrose is a sugar and is the first ing. in this product. So how can we make low or no sugar recipes with it? We have to watch and research everything before buying. I am so tired of manufacturers trying to mislead me! Hope this helps.

Has anyone used this for freezer jam? If so, how did it work out? Was consistency good after defrosting?

I used this to make sugar free blackberry jam specifically for freezer jam. I used cranberry juice, water and stevia. Consistency was excellent before and after defrosting. I will be using this product again for the berry season this summer.
