Missing Order, No Refund, Damaged Item
Extremely disappointing experience. One item was never delivered and I still haven’t received a refund. Another item arrived damaged and missing parts. No proper resolution despite paying in full. Very poor service and completely unacceptable.

Excellent hot water bag, just a mix-up with the colour
I am really happy with the build quality of this 2-litre hot water bag. The material feels durable, the stopper seals tightly with no leaks, and it keeps the water hot for a long time. It works great for pain relief. The only issue was the delivery accuracy—I ordered blue, but the seller sent a green one. Aside from the colour mix-up, the product itself is highly recommended.
