Is this Safe on car windows?

It comes stocked with a carbon steel blade. Make sure you switch it out to a stainless steel blade less likely to scratch the glass if you are doing window tinting. Always snap to a new blade as well to avoid scratching the glass. It is a great tool to work with. Also stores more than one blade for quick change.

Would this work for cutting 3" fiberglass insulation?

I think that’s a bit heavy duty for this handle. This handle is better for detailed cutting. For what you are doing I would use a heavier duty blade holder.

I have two of these knives are they are my favorite. Are you able to order two of just the grey blade snappers?

Does this come with the blade?

Yes, it comes with 2 full length snap off blades, I ordered additional blades with mine. This is my very favorite knife in my studio, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
