How would you use this with a 6' wood privacy fence, approx 300' run? I need to keep my dog from chewing through the slats at the bottom of the fence.

I would use an insulator like on of these. http://www.amazon.com/Zareba-IWSIRB-Z-Ring-Insluator-Black/dp/B005MNJQC8/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1461815001&sr=8-5&keywords=electric+fence+insulators http://www.amazon.com/Fi-Shock-IW5XNY-FS-Yellow-Extender-Insulator/dp/B00B7H7PQM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1461815074&sr=8-2&keywords=electric+fence+insulators

Can you put it underground. I need to go across 2 driveway

This wire will not work underground. You would need an insulated wire like Gallagher G327034.

I want to use it in outdoors, not temporally, how many time it can work? I ask it because it will be spossed to the rain and sun?

I used it for an electric fence around my permanently installed 5th wheel on my farm to keep the cows out. I have had it up for over seven years. There is some damage from the sun, but it continues to function fine. It is not brittle, has not broken and still carries current.
